What is Midhurst Vision?

We have the power to change the future.

The aim of Midhurst Vision is to bring Midhurst people and organisations together to have a shared vision or strategy for the town and to work together to achieve that.

We are initially focusing on improving Midhurst’s ‘sense of place’ or what is also called ‘placemaking’. This is about how the town looks and feels – so it is more appealing.

First project complete

The Grange Green Walkway

The aims of this project are to:

  • Make more of a sense of arrival and welcome for visitors in our largest but underused car park

  • Increase footfall in Old Town through to other areas of the town, supporting local businesses

  • Provide information for visitors to enhance their experience in Midhurst

  • Create a beautiful green space for residents and business owners to enjoy in town

  • Increase biodiversity and pollinators – bringing ‘the South Downs in’
